Fall in Muskegon Experience the Autumn splendor of Muskegon County with family and friends this year! Muskegon offers a variety of festivals during the Fall season, including the Muskegon Polish Festival, the Michigan Irish Music Festival, Oktoberfest, and Pumpkinfest. Our symphony, and theater seasons kick into high gear at the Frauenthal Center. The self-guided Depot-to-Depot Fall Color Tour is every Saturday in October, and you can stop along the way at a variety of specialty shops, breweries, and Farmers Markets, which offer seasonal harvest items every Saturday during September and October. Fall in Saugatuck and Douglas The Saugatuck Douglas Area comes alive with vivid Fall colors and a bounty of harvests. Go on a Fall Vineyard tour, Brewery or Cidery tour or spend an Autumn Sunday at the Felt Mansion.  The Art Coast of Michigan features stunning Fall art galleries.  The Annual Fennville Goose Festival October 13-15 features a run for kids, a classic car show and delicious local fare.  There is nothing quite like Halloween in Saugatuck Douglas with two parades and the big Halloween Bash on October 28.  Where’s your happy place?

GRAND HAVEN

While you are here, be sure to walk through the historic downtown shopping district and make time to appreciate all the delicious dining options available as well as the unique boutique shops that line the streets. SILVER LAKE SAND DUNES | HART

Fall in Silver Lake Sand Dunes - Hart The Silver Lake Sand Dunes area offers many Fall Activities. Enjoy the fall colors and scenery along the 22 mile Hart-Montague Trail State Park. September begins with the annual Apple BBQ Festival. Country Dairy and Lewis Farm Market-Petting Farm offer many special fall activities, along with the area markets enjoying the bounty of the fall fruit harvest.

Don’t forget, the Silver Lake Sand Dunes State Park is open until October 31, enjoy the riding or hiking the sand dunes without the summer crowds!

ST. JOSEPH

Fall in St. Joseph Autumn is a relaxing time to reunite in Lake Michigan resort towns such as St. Joseph. Boutiques, an eclectic selection of restaurants and lodgings are all within a laughter-filled walk of each other. Lake Michigan roars to life in the fall along the coast of Southwest Michigan. The picturesque North Pier Lights and catwalk at the mouth of the St. Joseph River have stood as sentinels for more than a century, filling family albums with memories of beach walks, warm hugs and disappearing footprints in the sand.
